Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Study Abroad Counsellor (Entry-Level) who is passionate about international education and student success. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the study abroad industry while developing strong business and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (UK, USA, Canada, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities & courses
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into admissions
- Guide students through the application and admission process
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Maintain CRM and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of study abroad processes (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Compensation & Work Details- Salary: ₹3 LPA
