What You'll Own:
This is not a back-office role.
You will be the face of AdmissionLabs in Nashik — the first person students meet, the last person they remember.
🎯 Handle all walk-in students and online leads end to end
🎯 Counsel students and parents on German university admissions
🎯 Evaluate student profiles and guide them on eligibility and program fit
🎯 Manage the front desk, daily center operations and CRM updates
🎯 Convert leads into enrollments — with confidence and integrity
🎯 Coordinate with our Germany HQ for smooth student progress
🎯 Represent AdmissionLabs at college events, seminars and outreach drives
🎯 Assist students with university applications, visa documents and post-arrival support
✅ What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
⭐ Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling or customer-facing roles
⭐ Exceptional English communication — spoken and written (non-negotiable)
⭐ Fluency in Hindi and Marathi
⭐ Proven front desk or sales experience — you know how to handle people and close
⭐ High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told, you act
⭐ Confidence, professionalism and warmth in every interaction
⭐ Comfort in a target-driven environment
Great to Have:
🌟 Knowledge of German language (big advantage — will be prioritized)
🌟 Experience in study abroad or education consulting
🌟 Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
🌟 Prior experience in startups or fast-growing companies
