Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Study Abroad Advisor based in Gurugram. The Study Abroad Advisor will provide personalized guidance to students seeking to pursue education in Germany. Responsibilities include conducting consultations on study programs, assisting with the admissions and visa application processes, clarifying questions regarding educational pathways, and maintaining strong communication with students and their families. The advisor will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for applicants and stay updated on changes in German educational and immigration policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Educational Consulting and Consulting services
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Knowledge of visa application processes and related requirements
- Ability to adapt to dynamic client needs and provide personalized advising
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, or equivalent
- Experience in study abroad or education consulting is an advantage
- Familiarity with the German education system and visa requirements is a plus
