Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Advisor, located in Kochi. The Study Abroad Advisor will assist students with researching study abroad opportunities, provide personalised counselling, and guide them through application processes, documentation, and scholarship applications. Other responsibilities include advising students on visa and compliance requirements, coordinating with international educational institutions, and conducting pre-departure orientations. The Advisor will also maintain relationships with students and parents, supporting them in making well-informed decisions about their educational futures.
Qualifications
- Strong Educational Consulting skills, including experience in admissions guidance and advising on university selection
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions
- Experience in Visas and Consulting, with a focus on international education-related regulations and processes
- Proven organisational and time management skills tailored to managing multiple student cases
- Relevant professional experience in the education consultancy field or a closely related domain
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, International Studies, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to global education trends and provide up-to-date information on immigration policies
