Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsellor Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Study Abroad Counsellors
• Act as a primary point of contact for counsellors for operational and academic support
• Ensure counsellors are consistently engaged, supported, and updated
2. Research & Data Support
• Conduct in-depth research on countries, universities, and courses
• Provide accurate, updated, and structured data to counsellors
• Stay updated with visa rules, intake deadlines, and admission trends
3. Application Process Management
• Manage the end-to-end student application journey
• Coordinate university shortlisting
• Track documentation (SOP, LORs, transcripts, etc.)
• Handle application submission and follow-ups
• Ensure all deadlines are met efficiently
4. Coordination & Communication
• Act as a bridge between counsellors, students, and universities
• Provide timely updates on application status
• Resolve queries and process bottlenecks
5. Process Optimization
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
• Maintain organized records and CRM updates
