ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our international education team as a Study Abroad Advisor / Coordinator. You will guide students through their UK study abroad journey from document verification to final enrollment while maintaining strong communication with our UK partner agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Counsel students on UK university options, programs, and application steps
• Collect, review, and verify student documents (transcripts, passports, SOP, etc.)
• Track applications and follow up to meet submission deadlines
• Liaise with UK partner agencies and university representatives
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system
Support the team in organizing info sessions and outreach events
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Fresh graduate — any discipline welcome (Education, English, or related fields preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Warm, student-friendly approach with a willingness to learn
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
