1. Engage proactively with assigned leads using the auto-dialler system, initiating valuable
conversations with potential learners.
2. Assess leads' interests, needs, and eligibility for upGrad's programs, qualifying them and
setting the stage for Video Counselling [VC] discussions.
3. Take the lead in scheduling Video Counselling [VC] sessions with Admission Counsellors for
qualified leads, facilitating a smooth enrollment process.
4. Build strong rapport, credibility, and trust with leads through adept communication and
attentive listening.
5. Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions, follow-up activities, and pertinent details in
the CRM system throughout the day.
