Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram for a Study Abroad Advisor with a one-year tenure. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through educational consulting, assisting in the selection of programs and universities, and providing advice regarding visa requirements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with international institutions, ensuring students are well-informed, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting, including the ability to provide guidance on program and university selection
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders
- Familiarity with visa processes and related requirements
- Well-honed Consulting skills, including the ability to provide tailored advice based on individual needs
- Experience in customer service or academic advising is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
