Position Overview

StudioNorth is entering one of the most exciting evolution points in its 45-year history, evolving to a market-shaping growth partner, fusing human imagination with intelligent systems. The role exists to earn demand before capturing it.


We are seeking a senior executive who leads growth by teaching the market, showing differentiated value in action, and inviting the right buyers into meaningful conversations. This is not traditional business development. You will not wait for RFPs, you will shape how buyers define the problem in the first place


You are a visible, credible carrier of StudioNorth’s point of view on AI-powered brand and buyer intelligence, especially in Healthcare and Technology. 


What You’ll Do

Teach (Earn Authority)

• Own and activate StudioNorth’s market POV across AI, brand, buyer intelligence, and growth

• Create and deliver insight-led narratives through LinkedIn, webinars, events, and executive briefings

• Reframe buyer assumptions with clarity, relevance, and provocation


Show (Demonstrate Value)

• Lead diagnostic sessions, workshops, and POV-led conversations that demonstrate Brand-Aware Intelligence™ and related offerings

• Partner with Strategy, Creative, and AI teams to turn insight into tangible, repeatable entry experiences

• Replace decks with conversations, tools, and live thinking


Invite (Convert with Trust)

• Build senior-level relationships that convert credibility into pipeline

• Attract the right accounts into collaborative engagements, not transactional pitches

• Expand StudioNorth’s presence inside 10–15 strategic enterprise accounts


Scale the Engine

• Turn thought leadership into measurable growth velocity

• Productize insight into repeatable GTM plays and demand offers

• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion quality

• StudioNorth is recognized for a clear, differentiated POV in AI-powered brand and buyer intelligence

• A repeatable Teach–Show–Invite growth model is embedded in New Business

• Higher win rates driven by earlier, insight-led engagement

Requirements
