THE ROLE
* Run daily studio operations, packing & dispatch
* Manage a small team (5-10) & own quality control
* Be the founder's eyes, cars & hands on the ground
YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
* 3+ years in food / bakery / cloud-kitchen operations
* Experience managing a small team
* Your own two-wheeler & willing to run errands
* Fluent in Tamil & English, Chennai-based
