Key Responsibilities

- Manage studio schedules, client bookings and shoot timelines.
- Handle client inquiries, consultations and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and assistants to ensure smooth execution of shoots.
- Ensure studio equipment, props and setups are properly maintained and ready for shoots.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, invoices, and studio inventory.
- Build and maintain good client relationships while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve studio performance and achieve business goals.
