Role Overview
As the Studio Operations Lead for With Love Studios, you are the engine that drives our professional delivery. While the CEO focuses on vision and brand growth, you own the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client happiness, and the end-to-end production pipeline. You are responsible for transforming raw creative energy into a world-class, timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Own the delivery timeline for every wedding. Ensure a 30-day turnaround from shoot to final gallery.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary post-booking contact. Manage expectations, handle grievances, and ensure a "luxury" experience.
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Lead our in-house editors and freelance shooters. Hold them accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
- System Optimization: Implement and manage our CRM and workflows.
- Business Operations: Manage studio budgets, equipment logs, and the administrative health of our coworking space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2+ years in Operations, Event Management, or Agency Account Management.
- Skills: A knack for organization; someone who can manage a digital calendar and tracking sheets so that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Traits: Extreme attention to detail, assertiveness, and the ability to bring order to creative chaos.
