We’re building Chtrstudio as a high-performance creative space for brands and creators. We’re looking for a Studio Manager who will own the studio end-to-end—ensuring seamless operations, strong client experience, and absolute control over the space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Own and manage all incoming inquiries for Chtrstudio; drive conversions from interest to confirmed bookings
- Handle scheduling, bookings, and calendar management with high efficiency and zero conflicts
- Take complete ownership of the studio—ensuring all equipment, props, and assets are maintained, organized, and shoot-ready at all times
- Oversee studio operations across pre, during, and post shoots; ensure everything runs smoothly on-ground
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, creators, and internal teams during studio usage
- Maintain studio standards, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure a premium experience for every user
- Drive operational discipline, processes, and systems to ensure consistency and scalability
What Comes in Handy
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing a studio or production space
- Strong understanding of shoot workflows—pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-shoot wrap
- Proven ability to run studio operations independently and handle multiple bookings/shoots simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and takes full ownership
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
