Anti Labs Studios is a purpose-built creative complex in Bangalore. Under our roof: Anti Light Studio (a photography & content studio) and Anti Motion Studio (a movement studio rigged for dance, yoga, pilates, barre, and more).
We're looking for one dependable, hands-on operator to run the day-to-day of both spaces.
Role Description
The Studio Manager role at Anti Labs Studios is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Studio Manager oversees day-to-day operations across the content studio and movement studio, ensuring schedules run smoothly and spaces are ready for clients and classes. This role manages bookings, coordinates with photographers, instructors, and other partners, handles walk-in inquiries, and supports sales efforts to maximize studio utilization. The Studio Manager supervises front-of-house and support staff, maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment care, and ensures an excellent customer experience for all visitors. The role also involves basic administrative tasks such as reporting, inventory tracking, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and community events.
What you'll do:
- Manage bookings across both studios, start to finish
- Set up and break down studios and equipment for every booking
- Open and close both spaces daily, running safety and equipment checks
- Handle client payments, invoicing, and daily reconciliation
- Be the on-site go-to for clients, from fashion shoots to pole classes
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in studio, facility, or hospitality operations
- Comfortable with equipment, payments, and people, all in the same day
- Sales and basic business development skills to promote studio services, convert inquiries, and support revenue growth
- Highly organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using booking software, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools is preferred
- Knowledge about photography and lighting equipment is an advantage
- Based in Bangalore, available for flexible hours including weekends
