Role Description
The Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Indore-based studio in this full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, orchestrating efficient workflows, and ensuring effective team coordination. The role also involves liaising with clients, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring high-quality project execution. As a Studio Manager, you will contribute to achieving organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and the ability to guide and motivate staff to achieve goals collaboratively.
- Proven Sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support business development efforts.
- Comprehensive Project Management capabilities, including planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively and on schedule.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the architectural industry or creative/design environments will be advantageous.
