We are looking for a high-energy, people-first Growth & Partnerships Head who thrives on conversations, relationships, and results.
This role is a mix of sales, leadership, operations, and client experience, where you will own studio growth, build long-term partnerships, and lead a young, motivated team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
- Drive sales growth and partnerships through calls, meetings, walk-ins, and collaborations
- Convert high-quality leads into long-term, retained clients
- Identify new revenue opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services
- Own monthly growth targets and studio performance metrics
Client Experience & Relationships
- Be the face of the studio for clients and partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure high retention and loyalty
- Handle client queries, escalations, and feedback with confidence and empathy
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a premium, high-energy experience
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 7–8 sales/operations executives
- Set daily/weekly goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
- Train the team on communication, sales pitch, and client handling
- Create a high-performance, positive, and accountable team culture
Operations & Ownership
- Oversee day-to-day backend operations related to sales and client management
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and studio teams
- Take complete ownership of outcomes, this is not a “just sales” role
💡 Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, client management, or growth roles
- Exceptional communication skills (spoken & interpersonal)
- Proven ability to close deals and build relationships
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- High ownership mindset , takes responsibility, not excuses
- Young, energetic, vibrant, and confident personality
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, negotiations, and face-to-face interactions
- Mumbai-based & available to join immediately
Plus-Plus (Nice to Have)
- Background or strong interest in sports, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle spaces
- Experience working in studios, gyms, sports academies, startups, or high-growth environments
