We’re Hiring: Studio Coordinator (Sales + Operations)  

📍 Location: Riyasa Studio, Baner Area  

This is not just a front desk role. This is a growth + sales-driven position in a dance & yoga studio.

⏰ Working Hours:  

Morning: 7 AM – 11 AM  

Evening: 5 PM – 9 PM  

(1 weekday off – Tuesday or Thursday)

💼 Role Includes:

* Studio management & daily operations  

* Handling calls, WhatsApp & social media inquiries  

* Converting trial classes into memberships.

* Managing attendance & records (Excel)  

* Client interaction & experience management  

* Daily LinkedIn outreach & follow-ups

💰 Compensation Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on skills & communication)

+ Incentives (Performance-Based):  

* ₹1000 per successful 5 membership conversion in a month 

* Monthly bonus on achieving targets  

* Extra incentives for high conversion rates.

💡 High performers can easily earn ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
