saar. is a home décor and lifestyle brand — a design-led house of considered objects for the modern home: décor, tableware, games, gifting and lifestyle pieces, developed hand-in-hand with makers across India and the world.
We're hiring a Studio & Brand Associate (our "House Associate") to help carry the house day to day. It's a hands-on, wear-many-hats role across two sides of the business: roughly 80% studio and production — sourcing, sampling, timelines and back-of-house, working alongside our Studio Associate — and roughly 20% brand growth, partnering with our founder on marketing, ecommerce and pop-ups. Over time, the growth share is designed to grow with you.
What you'll own
Studio & production (~80%): vendor sourcing, quotations and costing sheets; the time & action calendar for each drop; the sampling cycle end-to-end; purchase orders and payment coordination; tech packs and quality; and the studio's back-of-house trackers.
Brand & growth (~20%): supporting social, email and campaigns; helping run our Shopify store; contributing to commercial planning; and helping plan and run pop-ups with the founder.
You might be a fit if
You're ruthlessly organised with an eye for design and quality, communicate warmly and clearly, stay calm under deadlines, and are genuinely curious about how a brand grows and sells. Some hands-on experience across studio/production, sourcing, merchandising, marketing or ecommerce is ideal, along with a real feel for the home and lifestyle world. Comfort with spreadsheets is expected; familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or Meta is a plus, not a must.
