Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad and Surat Branches.As a Student Visa Counselor, you will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, helping them choose the right programs and universities. You will guide students through the visa application and admission processes, assist with documentation, and provide post-admission services like accommodation and pre-departure arrangements. You will ensure high levels of customer service, liaise with international institutions, and stay informed of policy changes concerning visas and education abroad.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed educational and career decisions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively address student queries and ensure a positive experience
- Knowledge of the education sector and international study programs to offer expert guidance
- Organizational skills to manage documentation, deadlines, and processes with accuracy
- Proficiency in building relationships with students, families, and international institutions
- Previous experience in education consulting or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ethical practices
