Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Student Visa Counselor. The Student Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the visa application process, providing career counseling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting consultations, preparing visa paperwork, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and offering ongoing support to students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in selecting appropriate educational programs and career paths
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
- Experience in Customer Service to deliver an exceptional client experience and address inquiries with professionalism
- Familiarity with Education systems and international visa regulations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle paperwork and compliance processes accurately
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under strict deadlines
- Prior experience in the education or student counseling sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, or similar
