Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Student Visa Counsellor. The professional will provide comprehensive guidance to students on visa processes and study opportunities overseas. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with documentation, educating students about career paths, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Student Visa Counsellor will maintain communication with educational institutions and stay updated on visa policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively on study options and career paths.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with students, parents, and institutions professionally.
- Knowledge of the education sector and international study opportunities is essential.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to provide personalized support.
- Previous experience in student counseling or visa advisory services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
