Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Tutor / Skill Development Trainer to teach students in Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Communication Skills, and Public Speaking. The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching, engaging students, and creating an interactive learning environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Aptitude & Logical Reasoning in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Conduct Communication & Public Speaking sessions to improve student confidence and speaking skills.
- Train students in:
- Verbal and non-verbal communication
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving
- Confidence building and personality development
- Conduct engaging classroom activities, discussions, and practical exercises.
- Prepare basic teaching materials, worksheets, and activities when required.
- Monitor student participation and learning progress.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- No degree required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and teaching skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Aptitude & Logical Reasoning is required.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
- Confidence in handling and interacting with students.
