We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Delight Specialists who will ensure every learner’s journey with us is positive, impactful, and well-supported. In this role, you will address learner inquiries, resolve challenges, and guide them to maximize their learning experience with empathy and clear communication.
Key Details:
CTC: ₹3.7 LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)
Job Type: On-site, 5 days a week
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Eligibility: Open to fresh graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for both domestic and international learners
- Provide effective solutions to product-related issues with clear communication
- Offer empathetic support to learners facing academic or technical challenges
- Guide learners to appropriate resources and supplementary content
- Build strong learner relationships through personalized support and advice
- Go the extra mile to exceed expectations and contribute to overall learner satisfaction
Desired Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
- 0–1 year of experience in voice processes (calls, chat, ticket management)
- Background in ed-tech or educational services preferred
- Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools is an advantage
- Ability to personalize learner engagement strategies

Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
