Role Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering highly personalized mentoring and one-on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions. This role plays a crucial part in supporting enrolment goals by providing structured guidance and building strong mentor–student relationships throughout the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.
• Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.
• Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission process.
• Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and career pathways based on each student’s profile and objectives.
• Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.
• Track student progress and counselling outcomes to enhance guidance quality and improve enrolment conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support throughout their journey.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or counselling is an advantage.
• Knowledge of NEET UG/PG counselling processes
