Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students' goals, strengths, and preferences.
- Develop customized mentoring plans aligned with individual career aspirations.
- Guide students through the complete admission journey end-to-end.
- Recommend suitable colleges, courses, and career pathways based on student profiles.
- Build strong and lasting mentor–student relationships to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Monitor student progress and enhance counselling effectiveness continuously.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive student experience.
