Designation : Student Success Specialist Working Days & Hours : Mon- Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Why Imarticus? For more information, visit: www.imarticus.org Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with operations teams from various centers and build and nurture strong relationships with regional stakeholders. Student Database Management: Proactively collect and organize accurate student details and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the student database. Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates to regional governance managers and business stakeholders and generate and export detailed reports for each session, tracking attendance. Student Guidance and Support: Educate and guide students on program processes, monitor student attendance, and address concerns proactively. Quality Assurance: Review the performance of trainers, ensure adherence to quality standards, and implement corrective measures to enhance the overall quality of the learning experience. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Effective Communication: Communicate with learners and stakeholders through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Workload Management: Manage and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines under pressure. Training Operations: Efficiently schedule classes, align trainers, maintain batch progress reports, and ensure smooth coordination to optimize the learning journey for all students. Activity Matrix Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive matrix for all student success operations activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Strong coordination and relationship-building skills Excellent communication skills (telephone, email, and face-to-face) Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets Ability to manage workloads, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Passion for contributing to student success through effective operations coordination and enhancing the overall learning experience
