Role Description
As a Student Success Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting learners as they navigate the Syvaxia competency development journey. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru South. Daily tasks will involve mentoring students to achieve their educational and professional goals, helping them interpret case studies, assessing learning outcomes, and conducting one-on-one sessions to address challenges in their SAP training journey. Additionally, you will assist in organizing workshops and foster an environment of learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or providing educational guidance to individuals or groups
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems or willingness to learn about SAP’s functionality and applications
- Ability to motivate and build rapport with students and foster a positive learning environment
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple mentoring sessions effectively
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, but candidates pursuing higher education are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in educational institutions, career counseling, or training programs is an added advantage
