About the Role
At CollegeCore Education, we work closely with ambitious high school students to help them build meaningful profiles, discover their strengths, and gain admission to top universities globally.
We are looking for a thoughtful, proactive, and student-centric mentor who can guide students through their developmental journey across academics, extracurriculars, self-discovery, and university planning.
This role goes far beyond process management. It requires someone who can build genuine mentoring relationships, think strategically about student growth, and help students develop authentic and differentiated profiles over multiple years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent mentoring and relationship-building ability
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to think strategically about student development
- Strong writing and editing skills
- High emotional intelligence and maturity
- Prior experience in education, mentoring, profile building, or undergraduate admissions is preferred
- Familiarity with global undergraduate admissions systems is a plus
