Founded by IIT Delhi and BCG alumni, we partner with ambitious students and families to deliver complete academic development across subject mastery, Olympiads, research exposure, competitive exams, and co-curricular growth
We are looking for a Student Success Manager acting as the central coordination layer across Gradeperfect’s content, teaching, sales, and operations teams, ensuring that every student journey runs smoothly from demo calls and onboarding to academic delivery, progress tracking, resource allocation, and parent communication
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder to track priorities, improve processes, and execute growth initiatives
- Manage daily academic and business operations across students, parents, teachers, and internal teams: academics, sales, and operations to ensure a high-quality student and parent experience
- Ensure Ensure smooth execution of academic programs with timely set up of schedules, classes, assessments, demo calls, onboarding sessions, follow-ups, and student progress tracking
- Maintain and improve systems across Google Sheets, LMS, WhatsApp workflows, dashboards, reports, and documentation for KPI tracking of all teams
- Create SOPs, identify bottlenecks, and convert recurring operational problems into repeatable processes and bring Student journey insights to continuosly
- Drive AI integration into business operations processes of your domain
Who We’re Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience in business operations, program management, academic coordination, customer success, or a similar role. Open to Brilliant Freshers
- Strong ownership mindset, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp workflows, LMS tools, and basic project management systems
- Interest in education, student growth, academic excellence and familiar with Global Education Landscape is a strong plus
- Curious and hungry about building in the age of AI
