Role Description
We are seeking a Student Success & Insights Analyst for a part-time remote position. The primary responsibilities include analyzing student data trends, conducting market research, deriving actionable customer insights, and reporting findings to enhance student experiences. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize strategies, identifying challenges, and driving solutions to improve student success outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to assess and interpret data thoughtfully
- Experience conducting Market Research and deriving Customer Insights to inform decisions
- Excellent Communication skills to present insights and collaborate effectively with team members
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software is a plus
- Education or experience in fields like Data Analytics, Market Research, Education Management, or a related discipline
