Role Description
This full-time on-site role based in Jaipur is for a Student Success Executive. The individual in this role will collaborate with students to guide them through their learning journey, addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and ensuring that they meet their educational objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with enrolled students, monitoring their progress, facilitating communication between students and faculty, and providing support to enhance overall satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders.
- Administrative capabilities such as organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address student concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Adaptability and a student-focused approach to provide superior support and assistance.
- Proficiency in multitasking and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Basic knowledge of educational technologies and learning management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in education, student services, or a similar role is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; experience in EdTech or related fields is a plus.
