We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Student Success Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys building relationships, and can support students and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and coordination.
Our organization works closely with education institutions in Canada, and this role plays an important part in ensuring smooth communication, strong customer support, and a positive experience for students and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to students, customers, and existing leads
- Handle inbound queries professionally through phone, email, or messaging channels
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and customers
- Share accurate information about programs, services, processes, or next steps
- Record conversations, updates, and outcomes in Excel, CRM systems, or internal tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely support
- Track follow-ups and maintain organized communication records
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Help improve customer experience by identifying common questions or issues
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in making calls and speaking with different types of people
- Ability to handle conversations professionally, politely, and clearly
- Basic knowledge of Excel and comfort using spreadsheets
- Familiarity with email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and other basic tech tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask effectively
Preferred qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, student support, sales support, or client relations
- Experience working with CRMs, databases, or lead management tools
- Exposure to education, EdTech, training, or institutional coordination is a plus
