Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for Fresher students. As part of this role, you will assist with research, support the development and execution of key projects, and engage in interactive learning experiences. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to brainstorming, problem-solving, and project delivery efforts while gaining hands-on experience with real-world business challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather, interpret, and organize information
- Basic understanding of management, technology, leadership, or marketing principles
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Effective communication, collaborative skills, and a proactive mindset
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow guidance while showcasing creativity in problem-solving
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant course of study
- Prior internship or project-based experience in relevant domains is a plus
