Student Relationship Manager (SRM)CreatED | Remote
What This Role Is AboutAt CreatED, the Student Relationship Manager owns the student + parent experience end-to-end.
Core Responsibilities1. Parent Communication
- Be the single point of contact for parents
- Share regular, structured progress updates
- Handle concerns, pushback, and escalations confidently
2. Student Accountability
- Ensure completion of:
- Homework
- Milestones
- Final outputs (projects/research/prototypes)
- Follow up consistently and prevent delays
3. Feedback & Media Capture
- Collect parent/student feedback regularly
- Capture testimonials, quotes, and success stories
- Coordinate photos/videos for website & social media
4. Progress Tracking
- Watch session recordings → convert into clear progress reports
- Track promised vs actual outcomes
5. Quality Control
- Audit sessions to ensure mentors are delivering effectively
- Flag issues early and fix before escalation
6. Daily Operations
- Manage WhatsApp communication with parents/students
- Coordinate across mentors + internal team
7. Problem Solving
- Own issues end-to-end when things go wrong
- Resolve mentor mismatches, delays, dissatisfaction
