We are hiring  Student Relationship Executive  for our Frontlines EduTech Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide detailed information about our courses

and services to prospective and existing students.

• Collecting and gathering feedback, success stories, and video testimonials from students

regarding their experiences with our courses and services.

• Effectively communicating the benefits of our courses to potential customers,

addressing their queries, and guiding them in making informed decisions.

• Maintaining and updating the customer database regularly to ensure accurate records

and seamless communication.

• Ad-hoc Tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers can apply).

0–1 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

A positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
