Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Relationship Executive located in Pune Division. The Student Relationship Executive will be responsible for guiding and counseling students in their journey of pursuing education abroad. Daily tasks include providing students with information about various institutions and courses, assisting with admission processes, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current students. The role also involves ensuring a smooth communication flow between students and international institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Counseling and Guidance skills with the ability to assist students in choosing appropriate courses and institutions
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with students and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and Organizational skills for handling admission procedures and inquiries
- Proficiency in Problem-solving and Decision-making to address student concerns effectively
- Basic knowledge of international education systems and admission criteria in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and manage time efficiently
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
- Experience in student services, education counseling, or a related role is advantageous
