Job Title: Student Relations Officer (SRO)
Location: Pune (Lohegaon, AMBI Talegaon)

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and student-centric Student Relations Officer (SRO) to manage and enhance the overall student experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for students, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, concerns, and grievances
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a supportive environment
- Provide guidance and basic counselling to students on academic and career-related matters
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, and placement teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and data tracking
- Plan and execute student engagement activities, events, and initiatives
- Monitor student satisfaction and work towards improving retention rates
- Handle conflict resolution and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with students

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in student handling, counselling, or customer-facing roles

- Professional, well-presentable, and responsible
