Role Description – Student Relationship Manager (Study Abroad)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Student Relationship Manager to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, guiding them throughout their study abroad journey, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Guide students through the study abroad admission process
- Follow up with inquiries, leads, and existing students regularly
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance
- Coordinate with counselors and internal teams for smooth processing
- Handle student concerns and provide timely support
- Maintain proper records and update CRM/customer data
- Ensure high student satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and client handling ability
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer support, counseling, or student handling preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of study abroad services is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Location: Calicut
