What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
• Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.
• Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
• Present and promote programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
