Role Overview
The Student Outreach Executive plays an important role in connecting with prospective students and guiding them towards the admissions process at EThames Business School.
This role focuses on initial engagement, lead follow-ups, and coordination with the Admissions Counseling team, ensuring that every student inquiry is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement
- Contact prospective students who have shown interest in EThames programs through various channels (website, events, campaigns, etc.).
- contact prospective students through cold calling
- Provide basic information about programs, career pathways, and campus opportunities.
- Understand student interests and qualify potential applicants.
Lead Follow-ups
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Ensure timely response to student queries through calls, messages, or email.
Coordination with Admissions Team
- Schedule counselling sessions between prospective students and Admissions Counselors.
- Share relevant lead information with the counseling team for further guidance.
Database & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Track lead status and update progress regularly.
Event Support
- Assist in outreach for campus events, webinars, career sessions, and student engagement initiatives.
- Support communication with students attending such programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of higher education programs
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in education counseling, outreach, tele-support, or student engagement will be an advantage
