🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for NEET-qualified mentors / MBBS students / medical interns who can guide aspirants with:
- Study planning
- Exam strategy
- Mock test analysis
- Motivation and accountability
👉 This is NOT a subject teaching role.
👉 This is a mentorship + guidance role.
🧑⚕️ Who Can Apply
✔ MBBS students (1st year to final year)
✔ Medical interns
✔ NEET-qualified candidates (preferred score: 550+)
✔ Candidates passionate about mentoring students
📌 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Student Mentoring
- Conduct weekly 1:1 or small group sessions (30–45 mins)
- Help students create study plans and schedules
- Track progress and ensure consistency
2️⃣ Performance Analysis
- Analyze mock test performance
- Identify weak areas
- Suggest improvement strategies
3️⃣ Academic Guidance
- Recommend books, resources, and study methods
- Guide students on subject prioritization
4️⃣ Motivation & Accountability
- Keep students motivated
- Ensure adherence to study plans
- Provide regular feedback
⏰ Commitment
- 2–4 hours per day (flexible)
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
💰 Compensation
Depends on NEET Score and college in which you are studying
Choose one model:
✔ ₹500 – ₹1500 per hour
OR
✔ ₹3000 – ₹8000 per student/month
👉 High-performing mentors will get performance bonuses + long-term roles
