About the Internship
Every year, hundreds of thousands of JEE and NEET students make one of the most consequential decisions of their lives — often without a clear picture of what truly awaits them. Beyond rankings and brochures, students are left wondering which branch is worth it, how placements really work, what campus life feels like day to day, and whether a college is genuinely the right fit for their goals.
At Connect, we believe the most valuable guidance comes from those who have lived it. As a College Mentor, you represent the authentic voice students need most.
What you will receive:
- Session-based earnings - Get paid for every 1on1 call. Your time has value we make sure it is compensated.

Responsibilities:
- When a student books a session with you, walk them through their questions about your college the way you would explain it to a relative asking for honest advice — covering everything from academics and branch choices to placements, hostel life, and campus culture
- Share posts and updates about your college on the platform — experiences, events, and honest insights that give students a real picture before they make their decision
Who we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or medical college in India (2027,2028,2029)
- Able to communicate clearly and give honest, structured advice to junior students
- Available for a few hours per week — no fixed schedule or minimum session count required
- Passionate about helping others navigate one of the most critical decisions of their academic life
