Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Mentor based in Kerala, India. As a Student Mentor, you will provide personalized mentorship to students, help them navigate academic challenges, and assist in achieving their educational goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one guidance sessions, creating tailored learning plans, assisting with subject-specific tutoring, and monitoring students' progress. You will also collaborate with the team to enhance mentoring strategies and ensure a positive learning experience for students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Experience in academic mentoring, coaching, or tutoring
- Ability to create customized learning plans and provide subject-specific assistance
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students effectively
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving
- Passion for education and supporting student growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in mentoring or teaching will be considered an asset
