Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Student Mentor. The Student Mentor will guide students through their online learning journey, providing academic support, motivation, and personalized assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Daily tasks involve regular check-ins with students, reviewing assignments, offering constructive feedback, and sharing resources to promote progress. Mentors provide encouragement to foster student engagement and autonomy while maintaining communication with Edubex's support team.
Qualifications
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of learner-focused methods and the ability to provide personalized guidance
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and collaboration
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools is preferred
- A positive and empathetic approach to support student success
- Relevant educational background or certifications in education, counseling, or related fields
- Prior experience in online education or e-learning environments is a plus
