Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Student Job Placement Manager. The role involves establishing partnerships with companies and educational institutions to create meaningful placement opportunities for students. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking with industry professionals, maintaining and expanding placement networks, assisting students with career counseling, organizing job fairs and placement drives, and tracking placement success metrics to refine matchmaking strategies. The Manager will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring optimal job placement outcomes for students aligned with their skills and career aspirations.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills for collaborating with companies, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and promote placement drives, job fairs, and similar events.
  • Solid understanding of career counseling, employment trends, and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in managing data, analyzing placement outcomes, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate and mentor students.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, digital transformation, or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
