We are hiring Student Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team!
📍 Location: 307- E block, Sushant arcade shopping complex, Sushant lok-1, Gurgaon, Haryana
⏰ Shift: 10:00 to 07:00 (Mon - Sat)
💰 Salary: 15k to 22k ( Depends on the interview)
📅 Joining: Immediate Joiner
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Student Insurance Advisor who will guide students planning to study abroad on suitable health and travel insurance plans. The role involves understanding student needs, explaining policy benefits, and helping them choose the right coverage while ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students planning to go abroad for studies via calls, chats, or virtual meetings
- Understand student requirements (destination, duration, university requirements, etc.)
- Recommend appropriate health and travel insurance plans
- Clearly explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, and pricing
- Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/telesales/insurance sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to simplify complex insurance terms for students
- Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
