Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Student Housing Executive (Entry Level). The role involves assisting students in identifying and securing suitable housing options, managing property-related queries, coordinating with housing providers, and ensuring seamless accommodation arrangements. The Student Housing Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with property partners, providing exceptional customer service to students, and supporting the operational aspects of managing student housing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Case Management and Social Services to assist and support students in housing-related matters.
- Knowledge of Social Housing and Affordable Housing systems, with the ability to identify and address students’ accommodation needs.
- Understanding of Property Management practices, including coordinating with housing providers and resolving property-related issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with students and property partners.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the needs and concerns of international students is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Hospitality, or Real Estate is preferred but not mandatory.
