Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Housing Executive based in Noida. The role involves assisting students by managing their accommodation needs, coordinating with property providers, and ensuring smooth housing arrangements. Responsibilities include handling case management, addressing housing queries, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing property management tasks, and ensuring adherence to affordable housing standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Case Management and Social Services, with a focus on providing student-friendly solutions
- Knowledge of Social Housing and Affordable Housing to address diverse student accommodation needs
- Familiarity with Property Management, including coordination with housing providers and managing upkeep of accommodations
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in using technology platforms for managing housing assignments and communication
- Experience in the student housing or real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Social Work, or a related field
