We are looking for a result-oriented Student Counselor to drive online admissions by converting inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and consultative selling.
The role involves understanding student requirements, guiding them in course selection, and ensuring a smooth admission journey while achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable UG/PG courses and diploma programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0.6 –2.5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
Preferred Background:
- Experience in EdTech / Education industry
- Inside sales or tele-calling experience
