Client Relationship Specialist
The Client Relationship Specialist focuses on delivering highly personalized mentoring and one-on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions, while also supporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.
- Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.
- Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.
- Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.
- Build strong mentor-student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.
- Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support.

- CTC: Up to 4–5 LPA Fixed + Incentives
- Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Experience Required: 2–4 Years
